"Instead of calling me to explain there were some knots they proceeded to just hack at my dog and hope for the best. They didn’t clip her nails, the whole hair cut is completely uneven. Her legs are still the length of when I dropped her off. We are so disappointed. Don’t waste your money here go to groomingdales instead."

We went through a number of groomers in the first year until we met Jorge - our dog hates bath and because he’s a small dog, he has had experience where his eyes got irritated by shampoo and the drying process. Jorge is very patient and spends the time with him to relax him. Our dog always come back looking handsome and happy!"
