"I have taken my dog here on a several occasions and will not be taking her back. Her most recent groom they had her for 5.5 hours and when I tried to call to see if she was ready they never picked up the phone. I drove to the store after 4 hours to check and was told she was not ready, after waiting another 1.5 hours I went again and was finally able to take her home. The pricing is different every time and they will often charge for the size up from what my dog actually is. When I brought this up with them they agreed to charge me the correct price but also added an extra charge saying my dog wouldn’t stay still. I ask after every groom how she behaved and I have never been told she moved too much. Paul’s customer service is appalling and his communication is dismal. His employees are lovely and do a good job but it is not worth the difficulty of dealing with Paul (the business owner)."
