With her own four-legged companions, including a Standard Poodle and three Bichoodles, Tracey understands the love, time, and work that goes into caring for your fluffy friends.
Tracey's background as a Veterinary Nurse and her experience volunteering with WIRES (Wildlife Information and Rescue Services) have equipped her with the skills and compassion necessary to provide exceptional grooming services. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each pet receives the utmost care and attention during their grooming session.
Our loyal and satisfied clients are a testament to the quality of our services. Many of them visit us on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, eagerly anticipating their furry friend's "big day out" at our salon.

"Taken my GSD here a few times now and every single time he comes out looking, feeling and smelling amazing! He gets so excited when we pull up out the front ready for him to get his wash and massage, and he is always warmly greeted. When we pick him up we always get a little run down of how he was and a summary of his skin and coat condition, it just really goes to show they genuinely care. For all the services they provide plus the time he is there the price is very well worth it."
"I dropped my puppy off at 10am and waited all day for him to be ready. Finally got him back at 4pm! I told them we had a bad experience at the last groomer and was recommended here. My puppy looked like he had been hacked when I got him back. It looked like the clippers were blunt. There were chunks out of his ears and he was completely shaved everywhere else. His behaviour for a week after the groom had completely changed and not for the better. The amount changed for what I received was ridiculous! We will not be recommending the place or returning."
