"I went into this store yesterday (2nd July 2023) around 4:30pm after taking my dog to the local beach. I asked a friendly male staff member a question about a dog brush which I could use in the shower, ideally causing minimal damage/contact to my hands as my hands are damaged from chemotherapy/cancer treatment. He took the time to look after me and offer me amazing advice. Results included a happy and clean giant pony sized dog and no pain for me or my hands in the process. So upset that I didn’t get his name. But please can someone give him a massive thanks from me! Easiest and most pleasant dog wash I’ve ever done."
