They missed obvious signs of neglect and damage, which led to even more severe problems down the line. As a result, we were left with a hefty repair bill, a cleaning process, and a damaged rental property that was unfit for tenants. The lack of communication from the agency has also been frustrating. They have shown a complete lack of care and responsibility for their clients' investments, and their negligence has caused us significant financial loss and stress. They will lie about the condition of the property, negotiate for compensation in bad faith (with no intention of following through) and they just stop emailing you back. I have been left with a range hood that is a fire hazard because of these people. Annette Smith is the name of the agent I dealt with and is the worst agent I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is "professionally cleaned" Edit: Received a call from the manager Michael this morninng to resolve the issue. He was great to deal with and actually listened to my complaint and we worked out a resolution."
