"My partner and myself were renting a house in Pakenham until our new house was built. Worst experience ever by the Real estate agent. The Property manager of the house we were in was extremely rude a threatening towards my partner and myself at any time she was contacted - We were accused of being needy for asking for our oven and Aircon to be fixed as they both never worked from the day we moved in - would take months to get essential appliances fixed in the house if they even ever got fixed - was told us that if we keep putting in requests for things to be fixed then we will not be getting a good reference for future ( we had requested the oven, dishwasher and Aircon to be fixed as they did work at all - Would only allowed pets if they were to be kept outside. We could not have pets outside unattended as the back fence had fallen down. After we said we would have to go to VCAT over this as we could not have a little sausage dog outside with the fence fallen down. We got a response “you can have the dog inside but the owners are not very happy with you” -We received a email stating that we would have to remove dumbed rubbish that was left behind the garage. When I emailed back explaining that it was left with the previous tenants . I was told that it was not left by previous tenants and if I did not remove it then we would be charged removing fees. (Lucky I looked in the agreement we had when we moved in and seen it had said in the agreement that there was rubbish left from previous tenants and I had photos from the day we moved in) - was also told but the property manager when I asked why she was being so rude “I don’t work for you I work for the owner of the property” -We decided to move out and never rent again because of not wanting to deal with the rudeness. When we received the moving out charges there is some numbers that don’t make sense to us and when we called to ask the property manager to explain the changes. It was refused and hung up on. There was so meany other things that was done to made us feel uncomfortable by the property manager. Over all we found out property manager extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I would not recommend being a tenant with this company."
