"It's frustrating and disappointing when you go to a professional stylist and they don't do their job correctly. Leaving a chunk out of the back of your hairline is unacceptable, and it's even worse when the barber tries to gaslight you and claim that it was always there. The fact that the barber tried to deny their mistake and blame it on me is completely unacceptable. It shows a lack of accountability and professionalism, which is something that you should expect from a professional stylist. Additionally, leaving a chunk out of your hairline can be embarrassing and frustrating, especially if it's noticeable to others. Overall, I would not recommend this barber to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy stylist. If you're looking for a great haircut and excellent customer service, you should look elsewhere. It's important to find a stylist who takes pride in their work and is willing to take responsibility for any mistakes that they make. Unfortunately, this barber does not meet those standards. Needless to say I have had to go back to my Barber on the same day to fix the mess I have on my head - also leaving me out of pocket. Really not acceptable"

As a regular customer, I have always had amazing experiences getting a haircut from Hassan. However, on this occasion, I was assigned a new person who did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I was charged extra for the service, which I found unreasonable given the quality of the haircut I received. The guard line was still visible, and the fade was shocking. This is particularly disappointing as I have always held your establishment in high regard and expected the same level of service I have become accustomed to. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that the standard of service at your establishment is maintained. I am willing to give your establishment another chance, but I hope that my concerns will be addressed promptly to avoid any future disappointment"
"One of the best barber service I have ever received. The team was friendly, fast and very patient with me. I have recommended classic barber on Pentridge to all my friends and family. I went there last Sunday with my son and the line before me was long and full of hairy people and I said to myself that there will be a long wait but to my pleasant surprise i barely waited five minutes. My sons haircut came out amazingly fresh and sharp. Cant wait to go again and see the team!!"
