"I really wanted to like this place because it’s the closest salon to me since I moved recently, and it stocks kerastase products which I already use and love. But, I had a not great experience on my first visit, they double booked me and my toner got over processed. I also asked for a treatment and explained my hair had been frizzy but they did not do the treatment and I’m not even sure they used olaplex on my hair because it felt damaged after. I was going to give them a second chance but they cancelled my second appointment so I’m taking this as a sign to go elsewhere. It’s disappointing but probably for the best."

"The salon is really nice, and Charlie and Elizabeth were great. They spent time figuring out what colour and style would work for my curly hair and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. The price is also reasonable compared to other salons and for the service that you get."
