"Had really bad experience with food. Got Poori, Bonda. Poori is the worst i had till now. Curry was oily and not tasty. Only good was pakora which are atleast eatable. Will not recommend this place for veg."

"Sydney's Worst Biryani House - Swagath I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with Swagath Biryani. After hearing so much about your restaurant, we decided to give it a try and ordered samosa, dosa, and Biryani this morning. While the samosa and dosa were passable, I must express my utter dismay with the Biryani. It was a classic example of "Great cry little wool." Considering the reputation of your brand, I expected nothing short of excellence, but sadly, the Biryani was the worst I have ever tasted. The portion was meager, and it felt like we were served yellow and white rice with two pieces of chicken. To be honest, I feel I could have purchased 5kg of uncooked rice for the price we paid for this disappointing dish. Adding to the frustration was the lack of response when we tried to provide feedback over the phone. The owner or representative seemed uninterested in hearing our concerns or taking any necessary actions to address the issue. Instead, we were asked to return the box for a replacement, which only inconvenienced us further. As a consumer, it is disheartening to see such negligence and indifference from a brand like Swagath Biryani. I don't believe it should be the responsibility of customers to spend their time and petrol in an attempt to improve your product when the owner appears least bothered about making improvements. In conclusion, I strongly advise others to stay away from Swagath Biryani if they are seeking a good Biryani experience."

"Food is good, but quantity sucks. I was their regular customer but i noticed, everytime i went to buy biryani, the amount of chicken and lamb got lower and lower to a point it felt like I was only paying for biryani rice and not any meat in it. Good as one off and if you're lucky, you will get a decent value out of what you pay. Most of them times, you will only be disappointed in terms of value for money."

"One of the worst behaviour of the customer service girl who serves at the counter. I seen several times that girl very proud behaviour with other customers but this time is my turn get experience her behaviour, I went Saturday evening to order some food but the way she behaves like she owns the restaurant and customer are like serpents. No smile , no respect, no proper behaviour from that girl. We can easily see in her face prudishness. But the food is good. If you prefer good food with bad behaviour from that one particular girl most recommended. Will find out the girl name and edit this post again. Thank you."
