"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton Margot hotel in Sydney, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for my entire stay. The first standout aspect of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the front desk staff, particularly Kevin, Devi, and Joseph. These three individuals went above and beyond to make sure my stay was not just comfortable, but truly memorable. Kevin, with his gracious demeanor, made the check-in process seamless and effortless. He provided me with a wealth of information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a delightful stay in Sydney. Devi's attention to detail was remarkable. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing dining recommendations, or simply ensuring that my room was always pristine, Devi's commitment to service was truly exceptional. Her warm and friendly personality made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Joseph, the consummate professional, was always ready to assist with any request, no matter how big or small. Joseph's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is commendable and greatly appreciated. Beyond the exceptional staff, the Kimpton Margot itself is a gem of a hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with modern amenities and stunning views of the city. The attention to detail, the warm and inviting atmosphere, and the outstanding service provided by Kevin, Devi, and Joseph truly made my stay at the Kimpton Margot unforgettable. For future improvements : on top of squat rack i am still hoping for more gym equipment and better location when the renovation completed and hopefully there will be a sauna facility and buffet breakfast option. Finally, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney. Thank you for making my birthday during my business trip so special, and I look forward to returning to the Kimpton Margot in the future!"

"An absolute delight. I was only there for about 12 hours but the staff made me feel extremely welcomed and relaxed. The amenities were great, the breakfast was superb and the rooms had it all. Some really nice touches, thanks for the stay."

"An amazing art deco style hotel. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to the world square - approx. 5 mins. The room is true to the pictures online. It was very comfortable and quiet. The windows are European style - inner and outer windows. The only let down for me was the strains on the iron and a bit of water stain on the toilet seat I presume after it was cleaned. But these were relatively minor to me. There's a fantastic bar on the ground floor as well."

"We had reservations at another hotel but were transferred to this one when the first suddenly went under. We really loved it. Staff were professional and helpful and the rooms were large and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were particularly nice and staff kept rooms very clean. Amenities were good and the rooftop pool was lovely (outside and unheated though). We had breakfast each morning at the restaurant and it was very good. Service was excellent. The location is particularly good, it's just around the corner from the Town Hall train station which is the main artery. It's also within walking distance from the Queen Victoria building and Circular quay and the opera house and bridge. We couldn't have asked for better in Sydney."
