"I can't think of anything negative about this hotel. Rooms are super clean with generous space. Location is perfect and the outdoor pool area is really nice. They've thought of everything in the design and used great materials. But the most impressive factor for me was how green this hotel is. They don't use plastic. Even the water bottles are glass and there's a water refill on each floor to save more plastic. All single use materials are bio degradable. I was super impressed by the amount of these details."

The Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour was the best of the four hotels we stayed at. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, including a welcome gift upon arrival. The hotel was super clean and all staff were friendly and eager to answer questions and help direct us as needed. The bed was comfortable and room amenities were great. The breakfast was also delicious and included many choices. It was within walking distance to many activities and a train station to get us anywhere else we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back."
"My partner and I stayed here for a special trip occasion and everything was excellent! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet and breakfast was great. Additionally, the facilities and room were perfect and roomy as well as aesthetic. The hotel is even environmentally conscious which is a plus. They also have a central location in the Sydney CBD close to all the landmarks and attraction and good food. Would recommend to any and everyone!"
"The Crowne Plaza Hotel Darling Harbour is a fantastic establishment that offers accommodations near one of Sydney’s prolific landmarks. The hotel is clean, generally quiet, and staffed with wonderful professionals who are courteous and kind. Of note, Aimee, Gabrielle, and Jason were particularly helpful throughout our stay. Originally, we were assigned to an 8th floor room with windows that faced a busy road that caused noise to be heard throughout the night. Upon our request, they quickly reassigned our room to a quieter corner of the hotel and the remainder of the stay was terrific. The cafe adjacent to the front desk provides excellent coffee, and the breakfast buffet offers terrific variety. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again."
