"Haircut was ok but it was very rushed. He spent no more than 10-15 minutes on it and seemed to want to get it done as fast as possible. Almost no attention to detail. You expect a bit more when you pay $50 for a haircut."

"By far the worst haircut I’ve received in a very long time. The issues are as follows: 1.) Didn’t receive the haircut I asked for - he barely understood or even acknowledged what had been asked. I asked for a simple trim on top. He proceeded to comb all my hair to the front and trim similar to a bowl cut. Trim is completely uneven and the “parted haircut” I wanted isn’t even cut to that style. 2.) The fade was uneven - He spent exactly 6 minutes on the fade which explains the uneven result. 3.) Incredibly rough - Pushed and pulled my head and ears with no communication. 4.) Didn’t ask if I wanted to taper or box the back - Ended up pushing my hairline at the back uncomfortably high. 5.) Blow dry - Blow dried the hair from the barbers cape onto my face. - 0 customer service. Overall my haircut took roughly 10mins, the barber was unprofessional and didn’t not seem like he had enough experience. Only reason I chose this barber was due to full capacity of all the other ones around the area. Please, please do yourself a favour and do not visit this barber"

"Jokers. As others have stated got charged more than I should have. Barber didn't give Tuesday discount and then proceeded to charge me for a scissor cut. Problem was I already tapped my card before realising the price. When questioned he said that's what it is and it can't be changed. When I asked where on their pricelist it states that he couldn't show me and didn't want to. Began to be rude at this point. The hair cut itself was not the photo I showed him and didn't care about it either. I understand you have a high turn over of barber's their as I've never seen the same one twice but if you can't maintain staff maybe you shouldn't be operating. At the very least teach them some manners and fix your price list. For the prices you charge you aren't even close to the quality you provide. Been three times, never again."

"There's no denying that your haircuts are of high quality and consistent from barber to barber. However, my barber of choice at your barbershop was Alex for a long time whom I haven't seen around recently. I was really happy with his service and the haircut quality and his absence has got me less willing to come back every time. I wish him all the best but please bring him back if you can. Cheers"
