"I came here to get a full set. Was laying uncomfortably on the bed while the lady doing my lashes was texting. Every time I heard her phone vibrate, she would pick it up and reply. Then come back, brush my lashes and then back to the phone. I was in so much pain lying on the bed for sooo long and she was only interested in texting, when I was done I was missing lashes on both sides. She offered to fix it, but three days later, after my bday celebrations. Won’t be going here again, still waiting on my refund."

"Just wanted my nails taken off, realised when i got home (they were a neutral see through colour) they were half taken off there are still chunks of sns left. This is them a week later (the obvious damage is from years of sns wearing but there are still chunks of sns on my nail). Very annoying"
