"The guy serving at the counter was rude and didn't know what customer service is all about. I customised my sub and he seemed to be annoyed by it. Also he was putting so less veggies. He was hesitant to add the required veggies in the footlong sub. I would not recommend this restaurant nor would visit here again."

"Ordered via Menulog and spent $70.00 Received delivery and toppings were missed off both subs. The cheesy toasties were DISGUSTING. Called the store to complain, the lady advised she would replace the subs and personally deliver them out, but she kept calling back and asking questions. and in the end turned around and said my staff definitely all toppings on. And wouldn’t be delivering them. I said I could send a picture showing the missing items. In the end she said call menulog and they can refund you. Now i’m still emailing back and forth with my request and they are only refunding a small portion of the order. This isn’t the first time this store has stuffed up our orders. Will never go back there again."
