"Walked in at the counter 2 people preparing coffee one person taking orders. No communication at all from the staff I stood there for at least two or three minutes no acknowledgement or communication at all. Finally one said can I take your order, no hello how are you or anything like that. Very poor communication people skills, none. I finally asked for egg and bacon roll and a coffee. He said it was on the menu and I said yes okay that’s what I’m ordering, No communication from him. He turned his back to me and started preparing other food and other orders and did not take the my order. I stood there for another further two minutes. Then finally one of the coffee machine girls took the order. Still no hello, took the order Very robotic, gave my change to me back on the counter. Just very poor service. Only two customers in the shop at the time took forever for the order to come out never back there again. The food product was poor used a Vietnamese style roll for the Bun just crumbled apart everywhere, broke apart, the eggs were fried to soggy just made a mess everywhere, very dry, no taste. Possibly could you change your owners or staff members just not caring at all just there to make a few dollars and don’t care about the customers. Very poor customer service Experience from all staff members and sadly the product below standard."
"Came for a banh mi roll during lunch hours as a few people at work recommended this place. Menu doesn’t mention it which was confusing at first but got it all sorted at the counter. Paid $11 for a mediocre roll… Couldn’t quite taste any pate and hardly had any chilli in there. The pork crackling not bad but again the whole roll was lacking flavour. No pickles? Fresh lettuce? Yuk. My go to place in Eastwood charges $9 and the rolls are so amazing with generous filling. Or try some in Marrickville. These guys still need to learn."
"Hey guys, I’m not sure what’s happened? New owners or something but the standard has really dropped. I got a bacon and egg roll, these use to be great value but recently I’ve had 2 and they haven’t been good at all. Little to no bacon, and the eggs were so hot it’s burnt my mouth. For $10.90 I would expect better value."
"Love this place, been here a couple of times. Seems to be popular especially at lunch time. Love the food here. Previously had Lemongrass Pork Rice, which was amazing. Today I had Salt and Pepper Seafood rice. Looks plain but it was delicious with the right amount of seasoning. The shrimp and squid was really cooked perfectly. My colleagues enjoyed whatever they ordered as well. We'll comeback for sure."
"Already came here a couple of times - never disappointed. They have some delicious pastries (definitely recommend the cinnamon roll and the hazelnut & chocolate tart) and also very nice spring rolls and laksa."
