"4.5 stars Food was overall yum! We really liked the ribs hot pot but wish there was more meat. Restaurant was packed and often there was only one or no staff to flag down."

"5 stars for the food. 5 stars for the atmosphere. 9 stars for the service. I didn't give it 10 just for the fun of it! But deserves a 10. The young lady that served us has a great sense of humor and understanding of how to please the guests. This is not to take away from anyone else, it's just she stood out the most. Her engagement with us, for me, was fresh and really what is lacking in service based businesses. Great work Isabella (Isabelle?). The owner is always great fun and there to accommodate. Highly recommend. Get the degustation and the warm sake. Can't go wrong."

"Very friendly staff, accommodating to patrons. The food was absolutely amazing, I enjoyed the cauliflower in curry dish. Got the Korean fried chicken for our main, I would have liked more pickles in it, as they were a refreshing bite to have between chicken pieces. The corn was really cool too. The ice cream and Belgium chocolate mousse for dessert was smooth and not too rich or sweet, so easy to eat. We also liked the music, they were playing covers of popular songs, it was fun trying to figure out what each song was. Overall had a great time!"

"Went there for the first time tonight… great experience! (Especially for someone with dietary requirements.) My parents went here for NYE and have been a few times since already. I have Crohn’s Disease and associated dietary requirements (largely vegan and onion/garlic free). When there one time they asked the chef if they could accommodate me - they were more than happy/able to whip up some custom dishes for me with a few days notice! When I got to the restaurant, the waitress said the chef had already prepped a few dishes for me based on my requirements/requests. The chef brought them out throughout the night and ran me through the details of each dish - all were super tasty! He even took on my request for vegan protein (tofu), which I’m not sure he normally has in the kitchen by the sounds of it. Beyond the food, the service was very lovely - waitress very helpful, and chef loved a good chat! Definitely recommend."

"We had the best dinner here! The food was absolutely delicious as were the cocktails. We got veggie dumplings, Wagyu meatballs (not pictured), cauliflower share plate (to die for!), Wagyu steak, and imperial beef rib hot pot. We loved everything. The waitress was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We were also served by the male chef who was funny, nice and gave lots of advice about the food. We already can't wait to come back. Thank you for a great night."
