"Absolutely horrible place where the staff is not taught to compensate the customer because of their mistakes. Instead they are scolding a trainee infront of me. " oh why didn't you charge him for the sauce". They are worried about $1.50 for the sauce but did not take their mistakes into consideration. I had to get my drinks remade as they were not made properly. I had to wait more than 15 minutes for my food. The manager jasmine on shift was not an ideal person that I would like to be dealt by. The staff needs to be taught how to do their job."
"Came here in the morning place was clean and smells clean retro style resto i liked it. Had small meal my burger was great still warm but the chips was not hot as its should be. I could have ask for a new one but couldn't bother. I also didn't know that you have to pay for tamato sauce."
"I recently visited Hungry Jacks in Parklea, Sydney with my family, including two young kids, and I must express my extreme disappointment with the service and the repeated instances of missing items from our orders. This has unfortunately not been an isolated incident, as it has happened several times in the past, and it is disheartening to have such experiences with a well-known fast-food chain. During our visit yesterday, we ordered a cheeseburger kids meal, a medium supper stunner meal with an iced coffee, and a vegan burger meal. However, we discovered that several items were missing from our order. The drumstick, iced coffee, and three pieces of nuggets were all absent. While we did have the opportunity to approach the counter and request the missing items, it was frustrating to have to repeatedly go back to rectify the incomplete order. Even after bringing the matter to their attention, we still had to return to the counter for the sweet and sour PC on the iced coffee. This experience not only left us dissatisfied as customers but also raised concerns about the overall representation of Sydney as an international city. As a popular tourist destination, it is crucial for establishments like Hungry Jacks to uphold a high standard of service. Instances like these can leave a negative impression on visitors from around the world, which is unfortunate considering the reputation Sydney holds. Furthermore, such repeated instances of missing items reflect poorly on the image of Hungry Jacks as a global brand. Consistency and accuracy in delivering orders should be a fundamental aspect of any fast-food establishment, and the repeated failures in this regard are concerning. Having to consistently deal with incomplete orders and rectify them not only wastes our time but also dampens the overall dining experience. It is disheartening to have to constantly question whether the order will be complete or not, which takes away from the enjoyment of dining out with family. In conclusion, my recent visit to Hungry Jacks Parklea, Sydney was marred by the repeated instances of missing items from our orders. This not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also casts a negative light on the city of Sydney as an international destination. I sincerely hope that this feedback reaches the management, prompting them to address these issues and improve the overall service quality and consistency. Note: While I appreciate the staff's prompt apologies and efforts to rectify the missing items, it is essential for Hungry Jacks to ensure that such incidents are minimized or eliminated to maintain customer satisfaction."
"Used to be here for weekend kids play, had a wonderful experience before one year ago. However, I pop in today and wait more than 15 mins for queueing as the short of front staff, the only one cashier needs to do ice cream/ frozens/etc….left a couple of customers waiting… The lady who might be the manager has yelled to speed up the staffs, but still low response as the lack of trainings….. The customers has been served without a proper hospitality manner, and paid $20 for a cold burger meal without any customer service and facing the cold faces and attitude from the lady manager. The burger patty was dry and cold….definitely the precooked in the busy weekend lunch time….taste like the toilet paper….terrible Pity to see this awful change of the good hungry jacks, turns to KFC next time."
