McDonald's North Parramatta

"Very Disappointed that this McDonald’s was very unorganised and failed to place an order and had to then line up and place the order at the service counter. You also couldn’t hear the numbers that were being called out and the tv/screen was not working to show the numbers at peak hour time. Also my order was never called out and when I asked I got a cold coffee and a meted ice cream."

"Ordered a tea, ice cream and soft drink. Got the tea, but after twenty minutes I still didn't have my other items. Other customers were complaining that they were missing things from their orders. The girl doing the ice creams did them one at a time, walking slowly back top check the board after making each one. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I know that is a really inefficient way to do things. Ended up not getting my order because I had to get the train. Not coming back to this store."

"Rotten lettuce in the burger I didn’t even order. Half empty coke. Burnt fries. Watery hot chocolate. Dont even bother coming to this place ever. Worst food ever."

"We were unfortunate to find a dead cockroach on the outside of our ice latte at the McDonald's in North Parramatta. We took a picture of the cup with the cockroach as evidence and immediately reported the issue at the counter. However, we were disappointed by the on-duty manager's response, as she didn't take the matter seriously and only asked what we wanted as a replacement, without offering a refund. Despite having our coffee remade by the same employee, we were surprised when it was left on the pickup table without any acknowledgment or apology, even though the employee knew we were there to collect it. When we expressed our frustration, the employee rudely replied, "That's your coffee," and walked away."

"McDonald's very nearby the Commbank stadium. We only had coffee and ice latte but nothing bad to say about service. Place was clean and looking good. Drive in had long line and playground seemed to be big."
