He named his café 'Harry's Café de Wheels' as a bold gesture, and his courage, along with his skills as a boxer, earned him the nickname "Tiger". This nickname was passed down to his iconic pie, which has become a symbol of our institution.

Today, you can still enjoy our famous 'Tiger' pie at our original location in Woolloomooloo, where we continue to serve customers with the same passion and dedication as Harry did all those years ago.
