McDonald’s Ingleburn

"If you’re planning to come here for dine-in or pick-up stay turn back or go to another McDonald’s. just as google as has raged Ingleburn MacDonald’s, service is worse than horrible. It will be much faster if you drive through as they only focus on getting those orders out first! If you do plan to go Ingleburn, order 10-15 minutes ahead so you don’t have to wait 10 minutes inside the restaurant."

"We came with our grandson at 12 midday and at the counter we ordered a happy meal with a juice, 2 large fries, 2 apple pies a black coffee and a skinny cap. We werent asked if we were dinning in ir take away and the girl had trouble taking the order and had to ask a team member for help. The meal cost just over $28. The restaurant wasnt overly busy ( we now know Why) it took them 20 mins to call our number out, it had a pick up ticket on it and we didnt get a tray just a bag and the coffees. I got back to our table and the happy meal wasnt there, back to the counter and asked for the happy meal and it was plonked the meal down , I then had ask for the juice, she said wasnt it in there, I said "no the whole meal was missing." No appology given, this took 1 or 2 mins, but our chips were cold, our coffees were cool, we looked at the pick up ticket it had been packed at 12.05 (we were called 12.20) never going back recommend giving it big miss"

"You had only two cars waiting in drive thru around 8pm which is busy hours for 15 minutes!!! and one of those cars were mine. It TOOK 15 MINUTES for someone to answer and take our order which is ridiculous when there was no queue! When we arrived at the payment window and asked if you guys were short staff your colleges said no they’re just on their phone! You had two people on headset and your the lack of empathy is ridiculous! I asked for the manager and he just look at us and pretended he picking at the rubbish! ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE! Poor management! YOU NEED NEW MANAGEMENT OTHERWISE WHY DID YOU EVEN BUILD A MACCAS HERE IN THE FURST PLACE!"

"Ordered two iced mochas these are the worst drinks we have ever had from maccas. It's more like a mocha with just water,coffee and chocolate syrup where's the milk??? Never going to this maccas again."
