Hungry Jack's Burgers Hoxton Park

"Bad customer service when i walked in, was told to use the automated ordering but i said i would wait to be served. Not very pleasant service, also, the place is dirty with stained floors, lets not even mention the appaling condition of the toilets."

"I go into the drive through and ask for a frozen coke no sugar 4 times at the speaker, but because of technical difficulties I drove up to the first window to order. I asked the young lady if they had frozen coke no sugars and she told me yes, I asked a total of 3 times just to be sure and collected my order, I ask the lady giving me the frozen beverage one more time just in case because I was still a little suspicious and surprise surprise they don't sell the no sugar variant and the girl at the first window just lied to my face multiple times in a row. Only reason they are getting a 2 star and not a one star is because the frozen coke tastes ok but no where near good enough for the amount of calories it has!"

"Amazing customer service, walked in to order food and dine in. The drive thru looked busy but despite that the employees working always made sure that each customer was satisfied. My order was taken and brought out very quickly despite the number of orders that they had. Bag was packed nice and neatly and the food tasted amazing as always. The staff on are very skilled and passionate about their job."

"Everyone is so nice, as i went in smiles turned around and faced me. I was looking for a place to sit and you can see employees cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors (thank you so much) The service was quick and the burgers were utterly delicious!!!!! Even though you can see they were understaffed they made sure every customer were satisfied. Managers also made sure everyone was working (which they were)! Love this place, every employee were so cute and kind."
