"Service took a while at the start due to only 1 person waiting on tables but as the night progressed it improved. Restaurant needs a bit more styling and hopefully will happen. Food was lovely, very tender steak. Couldve done with an extra prawn or two but the one I had was delicious. Dessert was very enjoyable too. Would go back, definitely."

"When we first visited they have only been opened for three weeks, probably still early days. We had different mains and entrees served at odd times and out of synch. The hard decor made the place rather loud."

"We were booked to have dinner here at 6.30pm. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite full. We felt no one was interested in attending to us, so we had to grab the attention of the only waitress that seemed to be on the floor, to take our orders. This was at about 6.50pm. By 7.30pm our entrees came out (except for one) slowly followed by our drinks that we had ordered 40 minutes prior. After a good 10 minutes, we again waved the waitress down and asked where our missing entree was. This entree came out about 10 minutes later. Lucky for us, the Woman’s World Cup was on, so we watched that on our phones to kill time, as our main meals didn’t arrive until about 8.10pm. After our mains, we waved down a waitress and asked for the desert menu. We ordered desert, and that came out within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we were not asked once the entire time we were there, if we would like any more drinks. The food was pretty good, we couldn’t really fault it, but if a restaurant doesn’t have great customer service, people will stop coming, no matter how great the food is. There was clearly not enough staff on the floor to tend to all of the diners, you would think, that as a newly opened restaurant, the staff would be in abundance so a great experience is had by all of the new customers, unfortunately that was not the case. One side of the restaurant is really lit up, but the other side severely lacks lighting, which made it very hard to read the menu. We will probably give this place another chance, but not until the service improves. I hope the management take customer feedback on board, because this place does have potential to be awesome, for me, it’s just not there yet."

"Restaurant looked quite busy when we walked in,was seated at 6.30pm however wasn't attended to till approx 6.50pm. Drinks took almost 30 mins from ordering and meals took approx an hour, not once were we asked if we wanted to order anymore drinks, unfortunately we found staff to be lacking big time in customer service,couldn't work out why one side of the restaurant was well lit and the other half in the dark however we could not complain about the food,it was fresh and cooked well, we won't be returning anytime soon. This place has the potential to do well,if they anticipate the busy nights and make sure they have the staff and enthusiasm to want to survive."
