The property was listed at 229k but when I called him it increased by 40k. When I informed of the consumer.vic.gov.au website, he became very aggressive. He told me ' if I don't want to pay that then don't buy it' and hung up on me. He is the Director how on earth did he get his license, my advice would be for the vendors to investigate this man and company . Please DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY or sell via this real estate."
