"Stinky and unclean washrooms, leakage in bathroom plumbing caused whole floor wet, hallway runner rugs dirty, no shoe inside policy should have been mentioned in notes so tenants are aware in advance, no toilet paper, bins found onsite are already full of rubbish and they stink. Room window screens were broken and full of spider webs. Onsite parking is lie; first come first serve parking."
