"I don't normally like to leave a review and I try to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. I Regularly order from this macca's, very hit and miss. Most nights it's not too bad, comes hot and fresh or even just correct, that was not tonight. We ordered 2 sundaes (with extra fudge) and a couple of iced chocolates (on full) both sundaes had no fudge, both drink tasted like dish water with a touch of chocolate. Not very happy considering I spent $35 for this on uber (I've already complained) Come on Penrith, lift your game. You used to be good."

"Whilst my original order was incorrect after I called up and spoke to the manager Ben he assured me it would be all fixed up on my next visit and put my details in the book. True to his word today when I arrived he sorted out my free meal and credit with very friendly service. Once again a very satisfied customer at this McDonald’a. Great management and staff service"

"These guys did a decent job at this maccas in Penrith, the usual maccas fair to order and eat. They were quite quick this time, as last time I had to wait longer. I did get my regular Big mac meal large, 2 all beef patties lettuce, pickles, onion on a seasame bun, chips and a drink, eventually, (I wondered whether they had to go get more beef). The food was at the standard I'm use to for maccas food. But they did forget my serviettes again. As most restaurants now they are open 24 hours.
