"Terrible customer service. Went there with 4 kids, 2 adults. They gave us 4 napkins and when i asked for more, the staff rolled her eyes. Theres no toilet in the place to wash hands, so when we finished i asked for the wet tissue packs and again, was given 4 for 6 of us. Are we meant to share? As the guy is giving me the extra 2 wipes he says- how much longer will you be here? The place is empty mind you and website says it closes in another hour. I tell him its quite rude to ask me that when you can just politely tell me your closing soon. He gives a sarcastic response. As im leaving i tell the manager her staff could do with some customer service skills. She tells me shes sorry i had a bad experience and just looks at me waiting for me to leave. If you appreciate good customer service, dont go here."
"Every Oporto I've visited provides the Familia Feed, except this one. The staff advised they don't do it here, perhaps they missed the memo that franchises cater for the same, consistent menu. Workers appear unenthusiastic and cumbersome, you get more charisma from a self-serve Kiosk terminal. The store is filthy and unkept, staff reluctant to provide a decent clean. We ordered large fries which were delivered soggy and stale, so we got up and asked for a fresh batch and the staff deliberated for 5 mins about whether the exchange should be fulfilled. Owner should take a very good look at whether he/she should run this franchise and ruin the image of Oporto."
"Never had a bad experience at an Oporto until I went to this one. Greasy food, dark and dingy seating area. I usually expect consistency with these franchises. Very odd. Go a few doors down to McDonald’s or subway"
"Don’t allow small meals or single fillet burgers during Origin. Only large meals and doubles. Forcing upsizes. It’s not impossible to do the smaller feeds. Sounds like they’re fleecing as much out of Origin people as possible. Yuck"
"Did the trick, when I needed a fast meal on the go! The menu isn't as comprehensive as other Oportos franchises though.. Edit: Enjoyed the Bondi burger meal recently, as was working in the area. An Aussie classic really.."
