"Feel very disappointed and appalled by Dr Chiangs behaviour. We took our cat to this vet for over 16 years and then he just now refused to see us as he said we asked a question beyond the scope of the appointment even though we had booked and were meant to be paying for a consult and vaccination. He told me I should book a long appointment or go elsewhere even though we’d been there less than two minutes. I explained I wasn’t able to as I had spent a morning arranging cash and juggling bringing my toddler and cat to the appointment, but because I asked about his thyroid blood levels and asked him to look at test results he said he wouldn’t see me now - I asked if he could just do the vaccination and he refused. I explained I couldn’t make another app or go elsewhere as it’s too much with a child and given i was already here. He says his practice discourages mothers bringing their kids with them because it is too difficult for him. I had checked when I made the appointment that it was a consult and vaccination a week earlier and advised I would have my 18 month old. It seems as it wasn’t quick and easy money for him and that he may have to do a proper consult he wasn’t interested in it. I feel very dubious about his motivations as a cash only vet. He outright refused to go ahead with even just the vaccination or any consult even though we’d been there for less than 2 minutes, he said he doesn’t care what is said about him as he won’t see any new patients anyway. For those continuing to see him definitely consider elsewhere, bizarrely rigid and unreasonable and appears discriminatory towards mothers (and I promise my child was no issue at all). Felt very sad, angry and frustrated to be treated so unreasonably by someone who’d seen my cat for so long and also to waste so much time and not even get a consult, but on reflection in some way relieved to not visit a vet clinic that has such rigid outdated practices."

"Doctor Chaing has been looking after my Beautiful S poodle Mia now for a few years. I have always been happy and satisfied with the Service he is honest and won't make you spend any more than you have to to get the best results. Unfortunately Mia was very sick and required an operation. Dr Chaing, I know you tried your best to make her well some things are just taken out of our hands. The one regret I have is not being with my Baby before she passed that will be a cross I will forever bare. Thanks again for your empathy Dr Chaing and to your lovely support Team. When the time is right I will be coming back with another Fur Baby - Not Mia no-one can replace her she was my No:1, but another little girl we can share our love with."
