"These people are not hairdressers, just people with scissors. Many don't understand English, the man who was going to cut my hair didn't even understand the word 'cut'. Then another woman came to cut my hair. I showed her a picture and she said 'just cut, quick, quick'. My hair was butchered. I'd just had an expensive keratin treatment and the way my hair was cut it looks like I never had the treatment. My hair was cut so badly it looks like it's all broken ends, not smooth the way it looked when I went in. These people are not hairdressers/barbers! They are hacks who work together because they're friends. Save yourself disappointment and go somewhere else."
