"Great quality fish and chips but be prepared to wait for it. Ring ahead and then add on on another 10-15 minutes on their estimated pick up time."
"Ordered over the phone and was told about 15 mins wait, arrived about 5 mins later. I then waited half hour til they finally called my order out and I asked how long it’s been sitting there ready, the young girl at the counter said around 20 mins. When I said I’ve been sitting here this whole time I dont want it now, the burger will be soggy, I’ve been sitting in front of you for half an hour, she instantly had crazy attitude, saying “that’s not the routine, you should have come up and asked for it” I mentioned my name was never called out, she had an answer back for everything saying that’s not her fault. Just a terrible attitude and zero customer service skills."
"I hadnt ordered Fish N Chips in a long time. Why ? I am very fussy about the quality of the fish n chips I eat. Some of the Fish shops in Diamo are a bit dicey at best. So, I was pleasantly surprised . When I placed a order for Flake, potatoe cakes and scallops at Yellowtail fish n chips. The Flake was obivously fresh as it tasted juicy and had this golden batter. The home made potatoe cakes had a nice crunchy batter, no 'freezer to fryer" stuff here. The scallops were huge, the biggest I have ever had from a fish shop. They were also very generous, as i recieved a portion of chips as well, (I didnt order chips, not sure if this is the usual precedure). It would seem there has been a change of management, for the better. I will be back."
"Ordered $27.80 worth of fishos including $4 minimum chips and this is what we got… not even enough chips for two people, when we called up they proceeded to tell us we can come back and get more chips but will be charged for more. Will be taking my business to Mr. Chip at least they are friendly. Rude and disappointing"
