"Slowest service ever waited almost 20 Mins for my food"
"Ordered through drive through and when we got home, the chicken was inedible. It was either off or the oil was bad. Whatever it was, the chicken smelt bad enough that I had to throw everything away. I called up and they offered an apology. That was the best they could do they said. Terrible customer service."

Tried again just today because of a last minute family call in so we shouted KFC for dinner. Bucket of chicken pieces still smelt off. Not sure what QA goes on here, but the chicken looked grey and yuck. Guess I'll see what happens with my guts tomorrow."
"Pretty bad kfc, your waiting at least 15 mins for your order. On a weekend, they have someone who is under 16 working by himself in the front and you just feel bad for the kid. They only prioritise drive thru and not front or delivery. So think twice before coming here!!"
