"Good service but I didn’t like that they won’t suggest a thing you have to choose everything by yourself even if you are not sure what to get done in nails. Most of the nail saloon I visited did suggested and it turns out great when someone with knowledge suggest you."

"I left a positive review last time I came but I came back today and I was disappointed. I had 3 different people switching to do my nails and I could tell they were hurrying, that made me feel uncomfortable, if they were so busy then I would’ve appreciated them to tell me to book for another day instead of doing it in a rush. Last time the guy Ten was very gentle, took his time and asked frequently if I was satisfied with how my nails were looking, he wasn’t there today and it was a completely different service:/ The last lady to finish my nails didn’t even stay until my nails were done under the UV lamp, she told me to switch my hands two more times and it would be ready and she left me there. I even had to go and ask for some cuticle oil. Such a careless service, in comparison to my last good experience, maybe I was just lucky that time :( I’d like to also add a small suggestion to the owner: please take your customer’s criticism seriously, I scrolled down the reviews and noticed how you respond valid complaints with sarcasm and arrogance even using laughing emojis, that just gives off a very bad look to anyone looking at your reviews. Showing consideration for not only good opinions but also (and specially) bad opinions as well will make you grow, thank people who’re sharing their experience so you can improve based on that instead of making fun of it. I hope you get a more humble approach to critic and share it with the staff do they can all do better :)"

"I've been going here for about a year now to get full set acrylics plus design. I've had the same nail tech (I believe she might be the owner but I didn't get her name unfortunately!) and she is FANTASTIC. I always bring a ref photo for my nails and she's able to match it perfectly. Prices are also so reasonable!! Safe to say this will become my regular nail salon from now on!!"

"Visited salon over the years and was in need of mani and saw they were busy, good sign. First Nail technician that did my nails was very thorough and was pleasant throughout service even suggesting additional coat of polish (no extra charge). However different nail technician did the cuticle oil and massage (she put cuticle oil all over nail bed which resulted in lumpy bubbles).i asked for nail to be redone but she just went to wipe it with water? I asked for another nail tech to fix the nail which had good results. Would go back but would pick the first or last nail tech only."
