"Seriously not surprised about their poor ratings. Not one to write a negative review I attempted to speak to the workers first! However it was dismissed. I got my nails, pedicure, lashes and waxing done today. They first started by upping the prices and telling me straight away which was fine money was not a concern. I asked for volume lashes which 40% of my lashes were left, massive gaps in between. I asked the lady is this what you call volume? She stated “yes” I advised her i was a lash tech and this was no way near she then said i can add more but its going to cost more money. I didnt want to waste any more of my time. To top it off the other lady was rushing my waxing and got hot wax all on the top of my hair just after i had paid to get it done, she removed it with a whole heap of oil. I was not offered a reduced price for their poor effort! Absolutely disgusted at these money hungry inexperienced staff. Avoid this place at all cost save the disappointment. Lets see if the owner will acknowledge their mistakes awaiting a reply"

"I should’ve checked the reviews before walking into this place. Shellac pedicure is messy. My manicure turned out looking nice but my technician was TERRIBLE. She took off my original SNS with the buffing machine and it was soo painful. I’ve gotten SNS taken off multiple times but never did it hurt the way it did at this place. The cherry on top was that it was super overpriced for the service. Never again."

"Very rude customer service. They use cheap products and the nails chip off in a week. The owner says that it can chip off in one or two days too and she can’t help. So, you pay $70 and if it chips off in 2 days, you pay them again. This place is a rip off. Just avoid going here as there are many options in the shopping centre."

"Nail artists not even qualified to do nude colour acrylic nails. Length does not match both hands. Too thick. Surface uneven. Edge very messy. (Would post photos if Google let me)."

"If I could give no stars, I would. The nail tech (the owner I'm assuming) did a horrible job of painting my nails, my nails also chiped off on the first day I got them (without holding anything heavy or sports) and she had the audacity to charge full payment for her sloppy work. I will never come here again. The photo doesn't even do justice on how bad my nails are. I'm embarrassed for this women."
