"Charged $120 for regrowth and the colour is nothing like a match. In response to owner saying they have no record of me being there, I had a booked appointment. My appt was 2pm 14th June 2023."

"The hair dresses charged me 65$ for a bad hair cut. I gave him reference picture both the front and back but he couldn’t do it and asked me 4 times if I was “happy” with my hair cut, even though I wasn’t. I feel scared to tell him what I wanted because him and the staff was aggressive. “I don’t understand what you mean, it looks exactly like the picture.” - is what the staff, after ganging up on me, said when the haircut is nothing like what I wanted. They talked to each other in Chinese and charged me extra for bang, even though they didn’t communicate that to me clearly. Overall, this was a bad experience for me. The first time I went here was good but this time is a completely disaster and I won’t be coming here again."

"It is my first time there and also the last time. Because I told the hairdresser to cut only one inch. However he cut more than 3 inches! I found that he trimmed again and again and finally my hair becomes very short now and the bottom is uneven. I addition, he was quite rude when combing my hair after washing and clipped my hair. He even did not give a me a look of the back of my hair over the mirror after finished."

The hairdresser doing my haircut was kind, experienced and gave really good advice about stylistic choices with my south-east asian hair - the type that grows straight out and is incredibly stubborn. It's hard to find places that know how to deal with this type of hair so it comes highly recommended!"
