"Is it possible to give negative star? The worst customer service I had from the couple who owns the shop is literally the worst customer service I have ever had, I have never seen a merchant would yell at their customers and tell their customers never visit again. I made the booking at 1:30pm for myself and my girl friend. He told us to leave as he thought we booked at 1pm and we were late. He could have called me if he thought I missed the appointment, but no call was made to us. Whilst both my girl friend and I remembered the booking is at 1:30pm, I kindly asked if he could accommodate us or one of us, or another time. He started ranting and said ‘thats enough, you are late’ (I have only been there once). I asked why he didn’t call the number I left, he went “so what”; he asked us to go somewhere else. I am not sure what has upset the couple today, and what basis made them believe the customers should be treated this way. I won’t consider this shop at all before he even reminded me given the experience I had today."

"Salon was recommended by my workmates wife. I’ve been to the high end hairdressers where you pay an arm and leg for your haircuts. I was never satisfied when I left these salons as I expected more when you pay a few hundred dollars for your haircut. The owners are very nice and do a good job at a reasonable price! Highly recommend this place!"
