"Very very basic service overall.. Hair was washed by a trainee, which is fine, but there was noone there to show her what and how to do it, poor girl.. Ended up been given a hair wash with cold water! She wouldn't wait for the water to warm up. My head kept shaking when she was trying to wash from the force, which was annoying. Then she tangled my hair on her fingers trying to massage and being quite clumsy with it, scratching me. Haircut started 30min after my appointment almost.. Table in front of me where my chair was had hair. It had not been cleaned so I can put my things on it. Overall experience not great, very basic haircut for someone with nothing fancy on their hair. I wouldn't go back, don't recommend. Will have to go to someone else to adjust the shape, as existing shape was not followed."
