About the Business
Welcome to aHead, a premier hair care establishment located in East Bentleigh, Australia. Situated on Scanlan Street, our sacred space is where we bring hair dreams to life. With a strong reputation for our exceptional color techniques and expertise, we go above and beyond to provide mindful experiences during your appointment with us.
At aHead, we are proud to operate as a Sustainable Salon, ensuring that you can relax and rejuvenate without it costing the Earth. We are committed to leaving a lasting and positive impact not only on you but also on our planet. As part of our mission, we repurpose, upcycle, and recycle EVERYTHING we use. Every inch of hair is donated to local community gardens for composting, used to make wigs, or transformed into hair booms that help soak up oil spills in our precious Great Barrier Reef. We also recycle plastic bottles by melting them down and repurposing them into frames for specs. Additionally, we recycle foil into new aluminum that can be used again.

To accommodate your busy schedule, we have convenient opening hours. We are closed on Mondays and Sundays, but from Tuesday to Thursday, we are open from 10am to 9pm. On Fridays, we open from 10am to 5pm, and on Saturdays, we open from 9am to 4pm.
