"This was a great place to spend a relaxed lunch on a sunday afternoon. Attentive and friendly staff, a great view, and really delicious food. We tried a variety of tapas, mains and desserts and all were great. The Maltese specialities were stand outs, but everything was very good. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully go back again. Thanks."

"Nothing but five stars for both food and service! We dined here this week for hubby's birthday and it was certainly worth the drive up the mountain. I am a coeliac so am always a bit anxious about eating out (as many places I've been to, don't quite understand what gluten free means/how not to cross contaminate). Not so here. The owner is a coeliac herself so completely understood what is required to create beautiful gluten free food. We had a few tapas dishes and desserts too and every single one was amazing. Standout was the chicken tenders and sauce - such amazing flavours and a truly crispy coating with succulent chicken contained within. It was so nice to be able to go out and have something that wasn't your standard grilled steak and salad with no dressing. So much variety, and a wide range of authentic foods from different cultures made it an exciting lunch. The only (minor) disappointment was the citrus cheesecake was just out of the oven (was REALLY looking forward to that!), however the desserts we had instead were insanely good anyway. There is no question we will be back. Only wished we lived a little closer."

"Fantastic little mom and pop style restaurant with amazing views and attentive service. The food was second to none. The house made cheese was so creamy and decadent and the olives really punch you in the face with a briny, umami hit. For the mains we had the Ros Il-Forn and Chilli Prawns. The Ros Il- Forn was stunning. Since I have never tried this dish before I cannot comment on the authenticity and I do not have anything to compare it to but I do know it tasted amazing. Rich and savoury it is not nearly as heavy as it looks or sounds. The chilli prawns had zero heat to them but regardless they were perfectly cooked and the sauce was so good that I didn't even mind the lack of chilli. Beautiful, locally sourced wines. The waitstaff know their product and are able to offer recommendations if you would like. Expertly crafted cocktails with a real kick and an overall fantastic dining experience. The only thing that let the meal down would have been the desert. We tried the Bajadera, a chocolate and Walnut torte and unfortunately it really let the restaurant down. It had a very strong "Play-Doh" taste to it but as I mentioned earlier, it was otherwise a memorable dining experience. I would love to return sometime soon and encourage others to give it a try."

"Absolutely love the food here. It's so fresh and the hospitality is so warm and inviting. There are so many options including gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian. What I love most is that they use local produce and they are one of the very few local places where you can just have a drink without buying food, but to be honest, the food is that good, you'll decide to stay ;)"
