"Once I sat down waiting for my turn, there was a box of colours in front of me thinking it was for me to choose and the employee working on a customer beside me grabbed the box aggressively and said “what you want” i said shellac she then said “this box is not for you” in the most rudest arrogant tone. I got up and left it I was not putting up with that attitude it was my first time and last time here."

"It was my third visit today and I am still disappointed. They always mess up with colour . Even after choosing colour from their nails sample it never matches. I always feel pressurised to quickly choose and once done they take away the sample and in the end I always felt I don’t get what I asked for . Today I took a picture of what I asked for and what I got !"

"Waited 45 mins in a chair for a simple manicure. Lady was so rough with my hands. Pushing my hand away when she’s finished and going to other hand. Very rude. I want my card stamped I got 2 services done they refuse to stamp it and said it’s per visit. If I went back the next day and got the same treatment it’s the same thing I am still paying the same amount of money. For this silly thing they won’t do then I will not be returning as a customer. Work is mediocre at best anyway."

"This place has higher ratings compared to the other nail salons in the town centre, so my daughter and I decide to visit here. The first time we came a few months ago they were really super busy and to me is a sign they must good job cos the other salons weren't as busy. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for a shellac french tip on my daughters natural nail (she's only 12) and they did a great job. We returned together today and I got full set acrylics with french ombre. We came at a good time as there was no wait at all, probably because its the last weekend of school holidays and people are away so I believe we got more attention and did not feel they rushed us because of this. But gee I am impressed! Even though 3 ladies kept swapping to do my nails, my main technician must be the one who specialise in the nail art, as she was meticulous with getting my shape and the design right and made sure it was consistent with the other nails. My nails came out beautifully that I felt I should share (I did not get a manicure so ignore my awful cuticles). So my best tip is to visit when it's not peak time but I highly recommend!"

"The staff are very welcoming and professional. I asked for a manicure with shellac including the removal of a previous manicure with shellac from a different nail salon. The salon itself is very clean and spacious, creating an inviting and bright atmosphere. My nail stylist made sure my nails were done perfect and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process. I will definitely be returning again, especially with a few of my friends."
