"Very bad service. Worst communication. I came here first time and my first time for nails in Sydney. I asked them for normal pedicure and shellac manicure. She did shellac pedicure and without rubbing heels properly. I asked her that I did not ask for this service but she charged me for shellac pedicure. My first time was a bad experience. I would not recommend anyone next time. I wish I could give zero as rating."

"1 star is too much. Went in to get my SNS removed. Technician forced my SNS off with a nail tip and ripped and broke natural nail off. If I wanted my natural nails damaged by ripping off SNS I couldn’t done it myself for free. I asked technician to remove SNS with nail polish remover (as it’s usually done) and she bad attitude while continuing to remove SNS. Result is damaged nails, and to top it off THERE’S STILL PATCHES OF SNS LEFT ON MY NAILS. Please choose another salon."
"Best nail salon in Rouse Hill Town Centre! All the staff are very friendly and never fail to do a good job. The wait can be a bit long on the weekends (but anyone who shows up on a weekend expecting to be done quick is just ridiculous). Been coming here for years, the salon is very clean, they work so hard and I've never been disappointed."
