"I want to thank Dr Kent Marshall and the whole team at Knox Veterinary Clinic for their compassion and care in helping me to take care of Candy over the last 14 years. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to her this year and it was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make. The staff at Knox were so patient, compassionate and respectful in answering all of my questions about the process of what would happen, organising her cremation etc and when the day came, even though it was still one of the hardest goodbyes I've ever had to do, I am so grateful that Candy was able to go peacefully and that I wasn't pressured into making a decision that I would regret. Every dog is different and Dr Kent has shown great knowledge and experience in treating Candy throughout the years, which is probably why she lived so long! I first came this clinic many years ago through a recommendation from a friend and have not regretted it ever since."
