"Last time we stayed here 3 years ago it was great. This time I was disappointed. Check in was fraught as despite knowing we weren't arriving till between 8-9pm, reception is closed! As we had no wifi at this point the email advising us of a number to phone was not received. Please consider sending out details for check in at least 24 hours prior to check in. The rooms while adequate - the carpet was filthy! Room was not serviced one day. Great location but we will not stay here again."
"Great little apartment. Clean and neat. As a hotel owner myself there just a few minor things lacking which would have made me give you five stars. Provision of extra pillows in bedroom. Provision of an extra blanket. These are things that most hotels normally provide. Wifi was very on and off and ours was cut off a day early. Other than that great little apartment."
"The 1 bedroom apartment was good, had everything that I needed for a few days and my client is across the Burwood Highway. Reception is only "open" once you have your room key. Otherwise, call a number and someone may come a few minutes later."
