"Bad experience as a first time customer. I used to buy from MyChemist or Chemist Warehouse, but due to the proximity to home and the clinic, I pop in one day to buy some essentials and prescriptions from this pharmacy while mum is at the doctor consultation / clinic next door. I bought 3 other things plus the prescription for mum and went to the check out counter to pay this off. Paid with my credit card and they put my goods in their yellow pharmacy paper bag. I did not check the bill and went home. 2 weeks later when my mum went to get the same prescription, she was told there is an outstanding bill unpaid. Mum not knowing this was confused. The staff at the counter and the asian staff at the back of the pharmacy was being rude to her. When my mum tried to explain that my daughter bought other stuffs and surely paid for the goods, they argued and claim that I walked out the shop without paying. Clearly, the mistake is the staff at the counter not entering the item correctly at the cashier but they put the blame on us. Do you think they will not stop me or call the security if I intend to steal and walk out the shop freely on that day? Why didn't they stop me then if I did not paid for 3 other goods which I paid for. They are the one that pack and seal my items in the yellow paperbag. Instead of admitting to their mistake, they put the blame on me and my mum. Poor mum is being intimidated at the shop in front of other customers. I dare them to look into their CCTV and check the footage that day if I really walk off the shop without paying. I may not paid for the prescription because the staff did not key in and charge me for that 1 item and I am guilty for not bothering to check the receipt. But it left me with a bad impression and experience. I expect a phone call back to apologies for their behaviour and admitting to their mistake. By the way, their goods are pricey and would not recommend to go there unless for convenience or you have no other options"
