Blush Nails

"Starting coming here since my previous salon got new owners and were rude to me. Each time I have been here my nails have lasted so long and I have not left disappointed once. Ciera and another lady (not sure of her name)(lady with blonde Bob haircut)(usually sits next to the guy)are awesome. Clean and tidy, nice music to listen to while getting beauty treatments."

"Went in for brow waxing with my mate and were greeted by staff named Jessica, she was in a huge rush and waxed my brows very very thin, on top of that she blamed by “baby hair” once I confronted her. She used the same gloves wax stick for both me and my mate and dropped the tweezers and continued to use it on me. The bed was very dirty and tools looked unhygienic. My mates brows were also very very thin, she has more sensitive skin than mine and had swollen eye lids the whole day (probably due to the wax stick that had been re-dipped for many clients) we had been there few months back and expected the same quality service but it has been completely the opposite this time. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore as you could possible pick up an infection!!!"

"I asked 3 times for a hot rock pedicure and they didn’t do that and when another lady came over to ask what the issue was she just walked off after I told her want I was wanting. I also choose a colour and they gave me a completely different colour to what I asked for. Very disappointing service."

"I went to this salon right before a much awaited international holiday got her a few things done. One of those thing were eyebrow waxing, I was shocked to see that after she was done she turned my long beautiful eyebrows into a short ugly line. Instead of looking better I started looking like “Captain Smock”. To top their blunder they started behaving the worst anyone can when I complained about this. Instead of taking responsibility they started proving me wrong for expecting nice service. I showed them the picture I took right before coming in and a women named “Joanne” said I don’t know when you took that picture. I showed her the date and time to that she said I don’t care come back again someday and talk to the manager. I mean seriously how am I supposed to know who is the manager or person in charge and why would he do anything when the people who are responsible for the blunder are lying at my face and showing ridiculous attitude. If you love your personally and face never go to them as they are expert in butchering faces."

"I've been going here for almost two years and in the last few months the quality has gone downhill while the prices get raised. The last two times I've gone I've had to go back the same day or day after to get them fixed, they rush you through the light process so they don't set properly. This time was the last time I'll be going, I said the nails weren't even and filed wonky but didn't seem to care. No apology any time or anything. I guess shame on me for hoping their quality would go back to the way it was. Don't waste your money"
