"Original client of Sandy who was wonderful, new hairdresser 1st cut wonderful, 2nd cut not so much, when I arrived this week receptionist who was on the phone handed her my client card. I explained how I wanted my hair cut this time after not being really happy with previous cut...did not go down very well. Half a head of foils were going in and I noticed that previously coloured hair was being left out..she dismissed my concerns which were not listened to. The penny dropped customer card received was not mine. I have dark foils put in my hair but blonde foils were put in my hair. Receptionist apologised for the mistake. Hairdresser a bit rough washing out wrong foils.. I just dried my hair off and left as I did not feel comfortable at all continuing with my appointment. Very disappointed with this experience."

"Was a fantastic studio when I had Sandy but I had another lady she was terrible. She didn't cut me hair as I wanted and forgot to cut my fringe. She kept pushing me to buy products and made me feel very uncomfortable. Also charged me $130 for a wash cut and blow dry but 4 months ago charged me $90 with no reasoning behind the excessive increase. Unfortunately will not be returning again."

"Took an hour for a stylist to even approach me at my seat for my 10:00 booking. I wanted a one inch trim and layering of my hair that reached the end of my back and walked out the doors with more than 8 inches gone. I was in tears when I got to my car. Staff were lovely. Experience was not. I shouldn’t have trusted the process. I feel ugly and my hair looks like a bird nest. Not even capable of diffusing. Never returning."
