"Have been getting my nails done here for a year now and will continue even though I’ve since moved out of the area. Their attention to detail is faultless while wasting no time so you’re not sitting in the chair for more than an hour. Nails are strong without being overly thick. Could not recommend more xx"
"Had appointment booked (2x French manicure, 2x pedicure) with leniency between 2-3pm. Arrived at 2pm and was asked to come back in half an hour, no worries, came back in half an hour (noticed brand new people in chairs just starting their services) and was placed in the pedicure chairs, left with our feet in water for 45 minutes and a nail tech asked us to pick one service and I explained it’s for a wedding and needed both hence why I had booked the appointment, she walked away and took another customer into a beauty room. Sat for another 20 minutes before deciding to leave and find somewhere else. I wouldn’t have been bothered if I didn’t have an appointment but I did, so don’t take walk ins when you know you have booked in 2 services. No acknowledgement or apology even when drying our own feet off and leaving. Very disappointing."
