"As we were not that hungry we ordered two entrees, one main and two desserts. The food was ok (not very delicious though), but it was expensive for such a small portion. Also they charged us $8 for the sparkling water which is normally free in other good restaurants. Don't recommend this place."
"Truly a wonderful experience. Space is very beautiful, modern, music perfect, food delightful, service spot on. We did however feel that the space lacked something…Japanese. I am sure there’s a way to bring a touch of traditional even if only one bold black statue or black and white pieces to the walls. Simplistic, elegant to compliment. We have already recommended friends and I enjoyed the sake taster and another sake recommendation. Thank you."
"Ken is simply outstanding. We rated all dishes excellent ( Sashimi ,seared samon belly wagu and spicy tuna roll) to probably the best Pork Belly dish I have ever tasted. Truly a revelation ..Staff are young very helpful and unobtrusive. They did a great job . Still consistently excellent this restaurant is a great choice for quality Japanese food and wine list.Latest visit May 2023"
"Excellent, carefully prepared authentic Japanese food. I couldn't fault any of the dishes. I only discovered 'Ken' 2 weeks ago and have been twice in that time. It will definitely be a regular. The fit out is also very pleasant. A stand out compared to other restaurants in the area. Tuna tatami, miso eggplant and tempura prawn all delicious."
"The food here is very fresh. However, the food is generally salty, so you can't feel the original taste of the food itself. And when I try a course dish, it is not served a little on individual plates, but comes out on one plate as much as the number of people and is shared. This way of serving was outrageous. And when you order Japanese Junmai 300ml, it is not in a small bottle, but in a large-capacity bottle. It is not known when the big bottle was opened, and the taste itself may have changed since it has been opened, so please refer to it before ordering."
