Reviews of nbh at Lachlan's Line
"Located on a flight path so can be quite loud and annoying. If the aircraft noise and activity is bothersome, which has been getting worse, you can lodge a complaint via the Noise Complaints and Information Service (NCIS)."
"Damn convenient location that so called double glass or vacuum glass can't block the noise at night. Two yrs time living here reported 2 times water leaking, 3 times exhausted fan default, 5 or 6 times power outage and 4 of them comes without any notice. Package got stolen once, someone occupied my storage once. I believe either there's a naughty spirit in my home or just poor quality."
"After 8 months, I am still waiting for defects detected in pre-settltment inspection to be repaired."
"The unit we live in is very nice and quiet"
"Worst units I've lived in. Be cautious. If you're an investor, don't even think about it. I live here and we keep hearing the sound of the water pipes it's so loud it actually wakes us up. This goes on through out the day as well. Quality of the place isn't good either. You step on the timber floors and they sink in, making this cracking noise. Toilet fans both don't work.. etc. You can tell its all cheap interior."
