"Avoid this place! The building manager, Benjamin Cheong, whose rudeness and mean-spirited behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome."
"UPDATE: New building manager appointed - still rude, power hungry and aggressive. Arturo is as bad as Christy was, its like being awfully mean and threatening is a requirement to be a BM in this complex. Decent as we’re renting, definitely not the place to buy. Read the poor reviews and believe them. Building managers are rude and incapable, the audacity to be so rude is surprising given they spend their days doing nothing. Fire alarms go off frequently, for no reason. Anytime there is a breach of any building rules, building managers find the rudest and meanest way to let you know and threaten to cut access to lifts and amenities. They’re doing a security audit, a form we need to fill with our updated contact details. The form also demands compliance by threatening loss of access if not completed. It’s disappointing given a place of residence should be warm, inviting and approachable but the building managers find new ways to make it unbearable, day ruining and absolutely rubbish. The vast spider webs in the car parks and random screws and nails sticking out of the concrete walls that could be safety hazards are never something they concern themselves with…absolutely incapable and useless. The building isn’t designed well either. Kitchens are really small and storage is pretty much inexistent. Suits us only because we’re a young couple with limited things. Would be too small for a family of 3. The mail never makes it to the mail room because of the location of the mail room being so god awful and inconvenient and of course the building managers would never put up signage to make our lives easier…it’s not like that’s what their job is. You can’t move in on weekends unless you’re happy to pay an extra 200 bucks, so you’ll definitely have to take a day off. You’ll also have to plan your move a lifetime in advance given there are only 2 lifts and also only a couple of loading dock areas. Speaking of, visitor parking is a joke, there must be under 100 spots for a building with over 600 units so forget about having friends drive over. You’d think they could take advantage of the max centre car park? WRONG. The access gate from the building to the mall closes at 10pm so you’ll not be able to get back to your car if you park there. All in all, not a place worth spending your money on whether you rent or buy. Spend your hard earned money on a place that will serve and respect you and is worth your while if you’re renting and if you’re buying, steer clear of this massive disappointment of a place, you’ll never regret anything more. At any given time, there are umpteen empty units ready to be leased, and I’m willing to bet it’s the management and strata that are so intolerable that tenants and buyers alike are scared off."
"Agent (OZII) here wants your bond money, badly. We have been living over 6 months have just moved out. Agents (OZII) try to get 2K+ from our bond money for a perfectly cleaned apartment. Fire alarm go off every week. AVOID AT ALL COST"
"Just finished the contract. TBH, It worth 1 star since it is close to shopping mall. The apartment is awful noisy in morning and night. Lived in 08 Block B which face to shopping mall rooftop. It enjoys the dust and the noise from the shopping mall car park and its air cond. Rooftop car park Light pollution looked like the Sydney Vivid. False alarm 4 times a week. Not allowing move in/out in weekend unless you paid a fee(?). Fantastic rude RM made you don't want to stay longer."
"Looking good but not the best place to live! I was living there for 9 months and I had lots of bad experiences. The management is poor with lots of unnecessary rules. Thay will charge you 200$ if you move in or out during the weekend! There are lots of false fire alarms every month that will interrupt your life. The units are poorly designed including small kitchen and very limited storage space. The paint is one of the worse that you can make a mark by touching the walls with your jacket. For those who want to rent a unit here, you need to pay 300$ development fee apart from anything to setup the internet for brand new apartments. The landlord did not pay for that and there is no law to pass this to the owner. So before paying that get to an agreement with the owner."
