"Only stopped by for a quick snack and I’m not a regular customer so there’s no point to write a review but this place really needs owner/manager’s touch up. Sushi was still good but the staff (Delancy) was super rude. Hope she was just having a bad day and not treating everyone else the same way."

"Food was great, but the experience was ruined by staff named Rebecca (spectacles girl). Asked her to cut the sushi, she told us they don’t cut it since the store almost closed (which doesn’t make sense at all it literally would just take 5 seconds to do it). She make this annoyed face all the way until I paid for my food. This kind of staff will ruin your store reputation. Although the food is great, I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"My friend came the other day, she was happy with everything . Then today when she brings us here. The service isn't the same. Even when my friend picks up the difference vs from the last time , the staffs still can't give the satisfied answer . For example : 1 . All the plates on the poster have no meaning. We DID check with the staff, we ask for the other plates (on the poster), and they said "photo is just for the advertising, not include in the buffet" ??? - Even on the sushi train has those small poster but they said that need to order? If so why they put on the train which for all you can eat buffet ??? 2. But wait. Not fun. 2 more groups come in, the restaurant seems to be busy . And now they make more different plates and put on the train. SO WHAT is that ? Is that include or not? We just argued 5 minutes ago for the fried food and some the other stuffs , and they said no, then after that, it's plenty when more customers come ??? 3. Seem long, but not least. When we ask for the plates on the poster, and tell them don't do thing that mislead others. Their answer is horrible "you can leave the complaint on the website". I leave my complaint is NOT because I want to do it, but the staff asks me to do it . It's better if they accept our complaint and thank you for letting them know, they will fix things ...etc 4. They did talk behind the customer in Chinese disrespected . But unlucky for them, we speak in the other language but we understand Chinese . 6. I try sushi hub in many different places, and whenever we go out, we will hear at least 1 person say thank you. But today, no one say thank you to us. They're even smile to each other when we pack up and leave It was really bad attitude and rude to customers . Never again"
