"Poor Service, Won't Return! I had a truly frustrating experience at this vet clinic. The pricing was a mess, changing with each person I spoke to - very confusing and unfair. The main issue was the staff, particularly nurse Bow and Kelly. They were unprofessional, rude, and made me feel like I was wasting my time instead of being there for my pet's needs. I have since noticed other negative reviews mentioning similar experiences with pricing, poor communication, and disrespectful treatment from the staff. It seems like I'm not the only one. After this experience, I won't be returning and I can't recommend this clinic. Watch out for their inconsistent pricing and poor customer service."

"I went to Greencross Box Hill for a free dental check for my dog as I received an email about the service. I wasn’t expecting much from a free visit, but I did expect the nurse to at least look in my dogs’ mouth and to give me some sort of indication about the state of his teeth/gums. The appointment was basically just an advertisement for their Healthy Pet Plus program. I was told that I would need to book a $99 consultation with a vet in order to grade my dog’s teeth. Bit of a disappointing experience."

"On the 20th April my dog had a day procedure/ ultrasound due to mitral regurgitation, however the report has not been explained/ provided yet with no follow up phone call after two weeks. And they were quick to request for full payment prior to the procedure. Very disappointing."

"Kind and friendly staff, great pet treatment and follow ups! We are very thankful to Green Cross vets for being very caring, assisting and guiding us in the health care of our dear puppy Lexi (@Lexi_desu). We've been taking her there since we adopted her and she got her vaccine's, flea and parasites treatments there and in the last week she had the desexing procedure. Personally, as a first owner and being new in Melbourne, I was very worried but she did very well. We took her to her follow up appointments and are happy with her recovery."
